These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use Watan Chat, including the website, chat rooms, games, and related features.

By creating an account, signing in, or entering as a guest, you agree to these Terms and to follow community rules enforced by staff.

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use guest access.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Do not share your password or let others use your account.

One person should not operate multiple accounts to cheat, evade restrictions, or manipulate votes, games, or rewards.

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, and sexual content involving minors are not allowed.

Do not post illegal content, malware links, or attempt to hack, flood, or disrupt the service.

Staff may mute, kick, ban, or remove content when rules are broken. Restrictions may apply to your account, device, or IP.

Coins, levels, ranks, passes, gifts, and other in-chat items have no real-world cash value unless we state otherwise in writing.

We may adjust balances, rewards, or features to keep the economy fair. Purchases and rewards are not refundable unless required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. Optional cookies may be used to improve the service when you consent on the home or login page.

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. See our user guide for how features work and what data you share in your profile.

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give us permission to host, display, and moderate it inside Watan Chat.

We may remove stories, music, images, or messages that break these Terms or community standards.

We aim to keep Watan Chat online, but maintenance, updates, or outages can happen without notice.

Features may change over time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to bypass security controls.

Registered members can contact staff from the Support page inside chat.

If you are kicked or banned, you may be able to submit an appeal when that option is available on Support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
